Tessa Pack is Registered and Licensed Dietitian who provides nutrition counseling through an empathetic lens, and will not put you on a “diet”.  She has a passion for helping people improve their relationship with food, thus enhancing their health and providing long-lasting results.  She specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating patterns including: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, and everything in between; nutrition and mental health, and medical nutrition therapy.

After completing her degree in nutrition as well as her dietetic internship at the University of Houston, she began her career with clinical experience at St. Luke’s Hospital. Soon thereafter, she transitioned to The Menninger Clinic, which allowed her to gain the experience needed to weave a mental health component and focus into her nutrition practice.  For the past five years, she has counseled individuals and led numerous groups focusing on eating disorders at The Healthy Weigh.  In 2016, she completed her Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University.

Tessa is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Houston Eating Disorder Specialists.  Her goal is to guide individuals on their own personal journey to peace and harmony with food, their body, and their health.
