Online Support Group for Hospitality Industry

We understand the challenges that members of the hospitality industry are facing amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which may include include anxiety, stress, depression and/or substance use. The Lovett Center, a hub for mental health in Houston, wishes to offer a safe, non-judgemental environment to help participants navigate those challenges.

Examples of topics that may be covered in the group include:

• Navigation of uncharted territory

• Actionable tips to reframe thinking and change courses of action

• Development of coping skills

• The value of support, spirituality and meditation

This small-by-design, compassionate, virtual group will be led by a Master’s level clinician with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Participation once per week is recommended, and the support group will be free through April 30, 2020.
