Luke Orth, LMSW
IOP Group Facilitator | Individual Therapist
Luke is a dedicated clinician who supports adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating major life transitions in building a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and authentically their own. His approach can be helpful for clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their direction and want a space to better understand themselves and create lasting change.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston, Luke brings both clinical expertise and a deeply human approach to therapy. His style is psychodynamically informed and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices. This allows him to tailor each session to your needs—whether you’re working on emotional regulation, identity development, self-worth, relationships, or finding purpose.
Luke began his career in intensive outpatient settings at The Lovett Center, gaining extensive experience supporting clients through periods of emotional difficulty, transition, and personal growth. Today, he helps clients build insight, break out of old patterns, and cultivate the self-awareness and tools needed to move toward a more fulfilling and values-aligned life.
Above all, Luke is passionate about helping people feel understood, empowered, and capable of creating the future they want.
