As a clinician at Ethos Wellness, Caroline believes in the value of authentic human connection. Caroline offers a warm and inviting space for clients to share their experiences and find a sense of peace and healing. Caroline primarily uses a psychodynamic approach while also utilizing strengths based therapy and somatic experiencing. She works with a wide variety of clients, including those with depression and anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, and history of trauma.
Caroline has a business background and previously had a six-year consulting career before choosing to enter the mental health field. While attending the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work, Caroline completed an internship at Harvard Elementary School where she gained experience working with the unique needs of children. She then completed an internship at Ethos working where she was trained in psychodynamic group and individual therapy for adults in areas of mental health and substance use.
Ultimately, Caroline aims to work with clients in a collaborative manner to help find healing through authenticity. Having grown up in a multicultural background and in multicultural spaces, Caroline also provides an environment where those of all cultural backgrounds can feel comfortable and heard. She is passionate about working with clients and helping them find strength within themselves.
