Angela McCutcheon has spent more than 25 years in customer service, and what has stayed with her across all of it is a love of helping people. Most recently she spent seven years in a call center, where she assisted many clients in resolving their questions quickly and efficiently, work that earned her repeated recognition as a top customer service agent. She brings that wealth of administrative and customer service experience to The Lovett Center, along with a passion for helping others in any way she can.

In her role at Lovett, Angela is often the first point of contact for new clients and their loved ones. She takes pride in active listening, so that every person who reaches out receives the best information and the most fitting individual treatment planning possible from the very first conversation.
