Lovett is an outpatient practice in Montrose, not a hospital or a residential facility. You come in for sessions and go home, keeping up with work, school, and family while you get structured support.
If you have pictured treatment as checking into a facility, your first visit will feel different from that. From there, treatment settles into a weekly pattern of individual sessions, group work, and family sessions where they help. You keep living at home and working while you get support, in person in Montrose or securely online across Texas.
