About

Hope and clarity from
the first phone call.

Ashley O’Brien serves as Vice President of Client Services for all Lovett Behavioral Health Group centers and Executive Director of The Lovett Center, where she plays a central role in connecting clients, and the broader community, with high-quality, compassionate care. With a deep belief in meeting people where they are, she approaches her work with empathy, understanding, and a strong commitment to building trusting relationships at the very beginning of the healing process.

Throughout her career, Ashley has worked in various leadership and clinical roles, gaining a broad and integrated understanding of the clinical, emotional, and logistical aspects of treatment. While she values her clinical and adoption work, her greatest professional passion lies in admissions and intake, supporting individuals and families at one of the most vulnerable moments in their lives, when they are first reaching out for help. She finds deep fulfillment in offering hope, clarity, and guidance from the very first phone call through the start of a client’s treatment journey.

Ashley has over 20 years of mental health experience, which includes working at a state-funded clinic in Arizona, followed by more than five years at The Menninger Clinic, where she was honored with Menninger’s Pillar Award in 2018 for exemplifying the organization’s core value of teamwork. Outside of work, she is married and the proud parent of two children. Her family values time and shared experiences over material things, and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and connecting with new people.
