About

An authentic space,
built collaboratively.

As a therapist, Pablo Cardoza is dedicated to creating an authentic and supportive space for clients as they navigate life’s challenges. He brings a particular focus to men’s issues, supporting clients in exploring identity, relationships, and emotional well-being with compassion and clarity.

He also has a passion for working with creatives of all kinds, helping artists, musicians, writers, and other visionaries navigate the intersection of their inner world and their creative work. Pablo has experience working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and serves as a facilitator for the HATCH Youth program at The Montrose Center, where he supports teens in building community, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Outside of his clinical work, Pablo is active in Houston’s contemporary art community and finds inspiration in music, visual arts, and science. He is passionate about animal welfare, and practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing. Above all, Pablo believes therapy is about forming genuine, collaborative connections with clients, creating a safe space where healing and transformation can unfold.
