Will’s passion for functional, welcoming spaces to serve a range of industries led him to a career in commercial real estate spanning more than 20 years, alongside over a decade of business development and management. In 2014, he co-founded The Lovett Center with Robert Hilliker, and in 2019 the two went on to co-found The Prairie Recovery Center. The driving force behind his work is a passion for connecting people toward a shared, greater good.

That instinct shapes how Will hires and leads. His thoughtful approach has helped build countless strong, creative, and united teams that produce positive results. At Lovett, he has drawn on his expertise in real estate management and design to create a building that feels conducive to the center’s healing mission.
