Stress & worry
For the pressure that will not switch off, even when the day is over.
Levels of care
Logos is the concierge membership at The Lovett Center: licensed clinical care, personal coaching, and a private community, arranged around your life instead of around a program schedule. It includes the Logos Professionals and Executives Program, built for people navigating high-stakes careers.

Who it's for
Logos is for people who want real clinical care without rearranging their life around a program schedule.
You do not have to be in crisis to belong here. The American Psychological Association's 2023 Work in America survey found that 77% of workers reported work-related stress in the previous month, and 57% reported effects of that stress often associated with burnout: emotional exhaustion, lost motivation, a pull to keep to themselves. That is not a character problem. It is the ordinary cost of carrying a lot, and it responds well to attention.
Logos blends licensed clinical therapy with coaching, wellness, and community, and it is worth being clear about which is which. Psychotherapy is a specific clinical treatment delivered by licensed clinicians, and the American Psychological Association keeps a plain explanation of what it is and how it works. Coaching, events, and retreats sit alongside that work rather than standing in for it. Your therapy is delivered by our licensed clinical team.
Right-sizing your care
Logos is flexible by design, and that flexibility is not right for everyone. If you need more structure than a membership can hold, we will tell you.
If symptoms or substance use need more than weekly sessions can hold, our Intensive Outpatient Program adds structured hours across several days a week, still on an outpatient basis so you keep living at home.
Explore IOPIf you want individual or group therapy on a sustainable weekly cadence without the membership layer, our Outpatient Program is the simpler fit.
Explore outpatientIf outpatient care is not holding things steady, we will say so. Detox and residential treatment happen at Prairie Recovery Center, our sister facility in Round Top, Texas. We coordinate the referral, then take over again for your step down.
Higher levels of careLogos can follow a completed program, but it is not a substitute for one. If you have just finished IOP and want structured aftercare with a standing group, continuing care is the more direct path.
Explore continuing careLogos is not for an active crisis, medical detox, or anyone needing 24-hour supervision. Lovett does not provide on-site detox or residential care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
What it includes
Membership is built around consistent contact: a group that knows you, a therapist you can reach, and a community that keeps showing up.
Most care is organized around the appointment. Logos is organized around access. Between the standing group, your individual work, and the ability to reach a therapist when something comes up, the support is continuous rather than episodic, which is what makes it workable for people whose weeks rarely look the same twice.
Privacy here is structural, not a courtesy. Records of substance use treatment carry protections beyond ordinary medical confidentiality under federal rule 42 CFR Part 2, maintained by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration alongside the rest of its confidentiality guidance. Your clinical information stays between you and your clinicians, and we will walk through exactly how that works before you commit to anything.
Inside Logos
The Logos Professionals and Executives Program is specifically designed for individuals navigating high-stakes careers. It is structured yet flexible, supporting emotional resilience, stress management, and long-term mental health.
This is for executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs, for people facing burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue, and for anyone moving through a major life or career transition. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. It is also for people seeking deeper understanding, healthier relationships, and sustainable performance.
It is also where high-functioning drinking gets named without judgment. Plenty of capable people drink more than they would admit and have no clear sense of where the line sits. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism defines heavy drinking as four or more drinks on any day or eight or more per week for women, and five or more on any day or fifteen or more per week for men. If those numbers landed uncomfortably, that is worth a conversation, not a crisis.
Care is led by clinicians with real depth in this work. Robert Hilliker, PhD, LCSW-S, LCDC, our Chief Clinical Officer, earned the Menninger Clinic Pillar Award for Integrity for his work in the Professionals in Crisis Program. Psychiatric consultation is available through Ricardo Delcid, MD, a contracted physician who maintains their own practice and sees clients referred to them rather than through Lovett's programs. Contracted therapists Martha Fontana, LCSW, and Chris Crawford, LCSW, work with members on the same basis.
What it supports
Membership care covers the same ground as the rest of Lovett, with the same clinical team behind it.
Stress & worry
For the pressure that will not switch off, even when the day is over.
Mood
When motivation, energy, and interest have quietly gone flat.
Substance use
When drinking has become how you take the edge off, treated without judgment.
How the work happens
Logos draws on the same evidence-based and relational therapies as the rest of Lovett. The setting changes; the clinical work does not.
The core of membership: a small, consistent group where the room already knows your context and nothing needs re-explaining.
About group therapyLovett's core modality. Depth-oriented individual work on the patterns underneath the symptoms, not only the symptoms themselves.
About psychodynamic therapyStructured trauma processing for the experiences that still shape how you react, available as an addition when it fits your plan.
About EMDRFor the strain a demanding life puts on a partnership, with a Gottman-trained clinician on our team.
About couples therapyInsurance
Membership includes services that sit outside insurance, but the clinical therapy at its center is the same care most major plans cover. We will check your benefits, explain what they mean in plain language, and be straightforward about what they do not reach.
Plans we accept
Coverage varies by plan and individual benefits. Verifying takes a few minutes and tells you exactly where you stand.
Getting started
A conversation first, then a plan. Nothing is committed before you know what you are joining.
Step 1
You reach out and speak with someone who knows the program. No intake maze, no obligation, and nothing shared beyond the people who need to know.
Step 2
A clinician talks through what is going on and what you are looking for, then recommends the level of care that actually fits. Sometimes that is Logos. Sometimes it is IOP or weekly outpatient therapy, and we will say so.
Step 3
We set the pieces together: your group, your individual therapy, any coaching or additions you want, and the details of what membership costs at the level you choose.
Who leads your care
Membership care is delivered by licensed Lovett clinicians, several of whom have spent their careers working with high-achieving people.
Common questions
Concierge services at The Lovett Center are delivered through Logos, a membership that combines licensed clinical therapy with personal coaching, a small standing peer group, and a private community. It is built for people who want serious clinical support arranged around their life rather than around a fixed program schedule. Logos also contains the Professionals and Executives Program, designed for people in high-stakes careers.
Logos is built around ongoing access, while IOP is built around structured hours. Our Intensive Outpatient Program asks for a set number of hours across several days each week and is the right choice when symptoms or substance use need that structure. Logos is lighter in structure and broader in scope, adding coaching, community, and priority access to a therapist. A clinical assessment is the surest way to know which one fits.
Inside our IOPNo. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from Logos. Many members arrive functioning well by every external measure while running on empty underneath, and others join because they want deeper understanding, healthier relationships, and sustainable performance rather than symptom relief. Catching burnout early is far easier than recovering from a collapse.
Your clinical information stays between you and your clinical team, and treatment records for substance use carry federal protections beyond ordinary medical confidentiality under 42 CFR Part 2. Care happens in a discreet outpatient setting in Montrose, and we are used to working with people for whom privacy is not optional. If you have specific concerns, we will talk them through before you commit to anything.
Psychiatric consultation is available through contracted physicians who maintain their own practices and see clients referred to them, rather than through Lovett's programs. Lovett itself is an outpatient therapy practice and does not provide medication management or a medical workup as part of its programs. If medication is part of your care, we coordinate with the prescriber you see.
We go through pricing with you directly, before anything is committed. Insurance is a separate question: the clinical therapy at the center of Logos is the same care most major plans cover, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Magellan, and TriWest, while coaching, events, and retreats generally fall outside insurance. We verify your benefits at no cost and tell you plainly what they do and do not reach.
Verify your insuranceThe Logos Professionals and Executives Program is designed for individuals navigating high-stakes careers. That includes executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs, people facing burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue, people moving through a major life or career transition, and anyone who needs structure, confidentiality, and expert care in the same place. The work happens in small groups with peers in similar roles, alongside weekly individual therapy.
Care for professionals and executivesYes. Many people come to Logos after finishing a more intensive program, here or elsewhere, and want to keep their momentum without the hours. If what you need is structured aftercare with a standing group and a relapse-prevention plan, continuing care is the more direct route, and the two can work together. A clinician will help you sort out which fits.
